I have just completed my Reiki 1 with Janie and had expected to enjoy it, however the day exceeded all my expectations.  It was an inspiring day of calm, enlightenment and fun. A clear introduction to universal energy with clear guidance, relaxing meditation and hands on practice.  I can't remember the last time I was so focused and relaxed for a whole day! (longer in fact as I am now feeling the benefits of being attuned and loving the daily meditation Janie shared with us.)  Thank you, Janie, you are a gifted teacher and inspiring guide. I would highly recommend Janie to anyone thinking of starting or restarting their reiki journey, however long the gap!

I loved the way you offered the course, it was delivered with kindness and care, all information was very clear and given in a way that made it feel easy to put into practice.
